Leave a Comment I came here once to return a scarf which was given to me as a gift for my 20th birthday. The staff were all moderately friendly. Except when I couldn't find something I wanted in exchange for the scarf, the manager was extremely rude. At the til, she said nothing - not even a hi. She threw the gift card on the table with my receipt and walked off. At this point, I was more than digusted with her customer service. I told her that her customer service was complete SH*T. How can she treat me with no respect when I'm a customer. I demanded for the name and phone number of her district manager, to which she replied "that's not going to do anything for you." At this point, I told her to shut up and give me the name and number. Then I told her, I feel bad for the rest of her employees who have to work with her and I hope she gets fired. I'm never going back and if on some god forsaken day that I do, I'll be sure to make a huge mess :)
She needs a nose job and some English classes.
