Footo (Fu-toh) is a local Vancouver company specializing in Fresh Out Of The Oven (F.O.O.T.O) croissants, croissant sandwiches, home made soups, handmade desserts, and natural frozen yogurt. Our artisan croissants are made on-site from scratch daily using only the freshest natural ingredients – enriched unbleached flour, water, New Zealand butter, fresh eggs, fresh milk, Himalayan Crystal salt, fresh yeast, and granulated sugar. We are committed to not using any food colourings, chemicals, or shortenings. We hope that when you try our pastries and desserts you can taste our dedication to quality.

About our Creative Chef

All the pastries and desserts are designed and hand made by Brenda Yip. Brenda has a Diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. As a mother of 2, she’s passionate about making gourmet food that she would be proud to give her kids.
