K-Mix in Richmond is just like the one in Burnaby. The sound system and song selection are all the same. I like how they have the franchise feel as I only have to learn to use one system. Definitely a good place to sing some tunes in Richmond. I once got the large room (fits 20 ppl I think) and it was great. Felt like I was having a concert.

This place is nice and big. It was built just for this business. The song selection was limited the last time I went there but may have change. Great place to hangout and chill with friends but not to really get into singing. Lots of Chinese songs versus English or Korean.

This place has all you can sing Karaoke. I don't actually think there's a time where you can't like some places you can't at night. Really new place, clean and good sound system. The song selection in Cantonese is limited especially the older stuff. If you like Mandarin songs then it's great. 4 Star for now!

Place is getting old. For some reason it is freezing cold in her during the winter time. There's limited courts and pleny of places to go in Richmond.

This used to be my favourite place to sing my favourite mandaring and cantonese songs. Over the years this place has gotten a bit old and better new places came out. Hopefully the next time I revisit they would have renovated.

Read my review from Richmond one. Great and nice. I think Burnaby location is open till 4 AM on weekends.
