Leave a Comment Worst experience ever! Came here for a family dinner last night and found an ant in my soup? Worst part of it is how they tried to explain how there are insects everywhere and it must of fell down from the ceiling! I don't care where it came from as it simply grossed me out for the rest of the night. They ended up giving us a new pot of soup, but was not impressed at all.
Don't think I'll be coming here again.
Disappointed. I've been to this Kirin location and the one in new west. The Coquitlam Kirin is closer to home but they have really gone down in terms of service and quality of food. I rather drive to new west for Kirin as their dim sum selection and presentation of food is just drastically better! Sad eh?
