I've been here a few times only (as I don't live in Richmond, so its quite the drive out), but I have to say, it's quite the experience.
Not being asian and all.. and should know this by now, but walking into Richmond or into Aberdeen specifically, it was amazing how many asians there can be all in one mall. My girlfriend is chinese, so I respect the culture and completely accept it. Only thing is, I really stood out in the crowd.
Anyways, overall, I find the mall rather interesting. It's not your typical Metrotown, so no large brand stores and basically not a single store or brand that you will recognize besides possibly Rogers and Fido?
But I have to say, if you like Asian Cuisine, you'll love their food court. Cheap prices, awesome food. What more can you ask for eh?

What a great place. I've been here twice and they've provided great service. Once to replace my windshield and once to repair a rock chip. The lady at the front and Warren was super friendly and helpful. The first time was a bit upsetting as I had to make an ICBC claim which cost me the deductible, but the second time I was super surprise at how cheap it was. Definitely go back for any windshield problems. They moved a bit further or else I'd give them the full 5.

Used to live across from this place. The employees there sport some mediocre English skills so ordering was a hassle.
The coffee is always fresh but the food is 50/50. Inspect carefully before buying any donuts... just to make sure.
