Personally didn't like this place. Hyped up early on, so I was expecting a lot, but ended up being quite disappointed. The food itself was not bad, but definitely nothing special. It was made worse by the fact that its overpriced, and there's sometimes a wait. The old Sha Lin noodle house was better.
A few of my Taiwanese friends say that this place is not authentic and its not great but I personally love this place. Most of the beef noodles I have elsewhere isn't as rich in taste, especially in the broth. The side dishes aren't spectacular but the main specialty beef noodle is good. It is a little spicy so beware. The only steep part is that the price is much more of most other places, and compared to some it is twice as much.
Nice place, good service and the noodles / soup are tasty. The majority of items on the menu are spicy so if you don't like spicy this may not be the place for you.
You get to choose from several different kinds of noodles, all taste freshly made.
